I’m so glad you’re here!

My name is Annie Wells and I’m here to help you wherever you are on your food journey. I’ve been a registered dietitian for over 13 years and am committed to helping you rebuild your relationship with food and your body. Whether you have an eating disorder or are interested in exploring and improving your relationship with food, I’m here to help. I am trained in Intuitive Eating and can help you make peace with food once and for all. I am a weight-neutral dietitian and use a weight-inclusive, compassionate approach during nutrition counseling sessions. 

You would benefit from a visit if:

You feel shame or guilt for eating certain foods

Thoughts about food and eating occupy much of your time and head space

You struggle with the way you or others judge your body or the way that you eat

You worry you have lost control over how much you eat

You want to learn Intuitive Eating

You participate in any of the following behaviors:

  • Eating very little or as little as possible

  • Eating until you are uncomfortably full

  • Chewing and spitting out food

  • Self-induced vomiting, excessive laxative use, or excessive exercise

How it works

Initial Assessment
75 minutes

Meetings are held in-person in my office in Cedar Rapids, Iowa or over a secure Telehealth platform

Follow-up Appointments
45 minutes

Together we will determine the best plan moving forward, usually meeting weekly or every other week
